Cancellation terms

Als Privatpersonen wissen wir, wie schwierig es sein kann, Monate oder manchmal auch Wochen vorauszuplanen. Dennoch ist ein gewisses Maß an Planung und Planbarkeit eine Notwendigkeit, sowohl im Privaten als auch für uns im Betrieblichen. Buchungen, welche weniger als 2 Monate vor Anreise storniert werden, machen es uns erfahrungsgemäß äußerst schwer, das Haus nochmals zu vermieten und so unsere zu dennoch anfallenden Fixkosten decken zu können.

As private individuals, we know how difficult it can be to plan months or sometimes even weeks in advance. Nevertheless, a certain degree of planning and predictability is a necessity, both in private life and for us in business. Experience has shown that bookings cancelled less than 2 months before arrival make it extremely difficult for us to re-let the house and cover our fixed costs.

Aus diesem Grund gelten folgende Stornorichtlinien:
– kostenfreie Stornierung bis 2 Monate vor Anreise möglich
– 2 Monate bis 1 Monat vor Anreise 50% der gesamten Buchungssumme
– 1 Monat vor Anreise bzw. No-Show 100% der Buchungssumme

For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply:
– free cancellation possible up to 2 months before arrival
– 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the booking amount
– 1 month before arrival 100% of the booking amount

Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir jedoch für jede Buchung den Abschluss einer Reisestornoversicherung.
Gehe dazu am besten auf www.europaeische.at/reiseversicherungen oder wähle ein anderes Versicherungsunternehmen deiner Wahl und versichere dort deinen Aufenthalt bei uns in dem Ausmaß, wie du es für nötig hältst.

Anzahlungsrichtlinien
Advance payment policy

Im Fall einer Buchung senden wir euch in weiterer Folge eine Buchungsbestätigung und eine Anzahlungsrechnung über 25% der Buchungssumme. Kurz vor Eintritt in den Zeitraum der nicht mehr kostenfreien Stornierungsmöglichkeit (2 Monate vor Anreise) erhaltet ihr eine Anzahlungsrechnung über weiter 25% der Buchungssumme und einen Monat vor Anreise eine weitere Rechnung für den Restbetrag der Buchung exkl. Ortstaxe. Die Ortstaxe wird nach dem Check-in gesondert verrechnet.

In the event of a booking, we will send you a booking confirmation and a deposit invoice for 25% of the booking amount. Shortly before entering the period of no longer free cancellation (2 months before arrival) you will receive a deposit invoice for the next 25% of the booking amount  and a 3rd invoice for the remaining amount of the booking excl. local tax one month before arrival. The local tax will be charged separately after check-in.
